REFUND POLICY (US CUSTOMERS)

We want you to love our products - but more than that, we want you to love us. Our refund policy is simple and designed with that in mind.

IF THERE IS A FAULT OR ISSUE:
Please contact us right away at [email protected]. Our support team is friendly, helpful, and always happy to resolve things quickly.

IF YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND:
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused and sealed;
  • In their original condition and packaging;
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us.

To initiate a return, email [email protected]. We'll confirm your return request and provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

REFUNDS - PRICING CLARITY
Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid for each product:

  • If you purchased as part of a promotion, bundle or subscription, your refund reflects the discounted price.
  • No additional refund will be provided based on retail value.

For example, if you bought a discounted bundle, each item will be refunded proportionally based on what you paid.
